- MHMatt HonzelkaNov 20, 20231.0Horrible post office! The postal clerk here has no clue what she is doing. I brought in a larger package to ship and she assured me that they could send it and it will be received in 3-5 days. 2 weeks later, the package is now lost in Cincinnati somewhere due to her negligence. I spoke with customer service and the recipient's post office and they said I was not only charged the wrong amount (not enough postage), the ground shipping option I was given isn't even a thing anymore. She charged me for a shipping option that ended last July. The customer service rep said I was given the wrong paperwork (only received a credit card receipt), so I can't even claim the insurance on it. I was never given the option of insurance..or extra insurance, so thanks to the Powers Lake post office, I'm out $800. Great job! I highly recommend using a different facility.
