The difficulty of their job and the volume of mail that passes through the Port P.O. or Oak Creek is hard to imagine. We're lucky.

The women who work behind the front counter are consistently rude, dismissive, and aggressively unhelpful. The manager lady was very nice to me, though. Here's a tip: when you're a mean old hag with a face that looks like a leather handbag, try a smile. It's pretty much the only cosmetic that will improve your otherwise ugly visage.
