  I had a very bad experience today. The older gentleman at the desk was super rude. I had a package delivered from the mail. I needed to return it to the company it came from. First he treated me like a child because the large sticker on the box should be off he tells me. I came in for him to assist me on how to send the box back. Then he got pleasant with another customer waiting next to me because she mentioned she used to work postal. He then tries selling me priority for $28. I said not needed. Hands me a sticker and says fill this out. I allow 2 customers ahead of me to not hold them up. I give him the sticker and he says you did not want priority. I said you told me to fill this sticker out. I said I will take this to Fedex. I come to them for help and got grief and an attitude for my one tiny package that was ruining his day.

  I talked to a woman named Cindy I believe over the phone two times now the first time she was able to get the truck driver to turn around and actually deliver my package because they put a slip for pick up in my mailbox. The second time today I called her to figure out where the mail was because it was running late and she kindly explained that the delivery has not taken the route in a while but she made sure that they would beep when they were here or bring my package directly up to the door. Thank you for all your help!

  Staff was respectful and helpful. I had a very different experience than these other customers.

  One clerk is incredibly rude and nasty. I brought in packages to be mailed.. she continued to give me stamps and tracking stickers but not take the packages... Could've saved the stamps and just printed the shipping tickets and taken my packages??

  There is just ONE mail clerk at the office that tends to act a bit emotionally imbalanced. Make sure you have signed your credit card or pay wth cash if you haven't. If you don't have the card signed, this female postal employee acts belligerent and threatens to call 911 and try to have Police dispatched. Obviously this individual doesn't understand that you don't act that way when you are working in customer service. It's much easier to just ask for an alternate payment method. This postal employee should be fired.
