There was even a time I called the place to check if my package had arrived at their office so I could pick it up due to the snowstorm and they said they didn't have it yet, although my email and package tracker confirmed they had it that morning. Went in person a couple hours later and the SUPERVISOR even assured me the package wasn't there. Later that evening while I was out, I was given a notification saying I missed the package at 6:32pm and they would try again in 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous.
