I am uncomfortable going into the post office and always leave feeling like I did something wrong simply going there. I’ve worked customer service and I understand that sometimes the environment and customers can make it difficult to extend kindness every second but to be this way towards any customer, no matter how simple and quick the interaction, is inexcusable.
