The staff dismissed the email confirmation we had in hand for the appointment. They also refused to let us talk to the manager. They were especially non-helpful and rude, at one time using a hand jester to shoo me, my wife and children away. It's not acceptable.

This post office is located south country side of beautiful Pleasant Prairie. Be mindful of your time during the holiday season due to high volumes of remote customers skipping Kenosha to beat the wait time.
