I was dismissed by the male associate here. Very rude. I wished him a Merry Christmas to be dismissed again after the customer in front of me was greeted by name was treated with courtesy and Wished a Merry Christmas. Not for me. It was a very bad Holiday experience at the post office.

Consistently unhelpful and often rude staff in the office itself. Numerous times now where packages arrived late at the office, so delivery would be delayed. In the past it was no issue to just go in and pick it up instead, now they tell you "you have to wait".

Very poor customer service. I was waiting for a very important time sensitive package and it was not showing up. I went to this office a week after I expected to get it to see if they would have held it for any reason. I was told that I would receive a notice in the mail that they have it. I returned 2 more times after this to receive the same response. I went to the office a 4th time and the employee i talked to this time actually took the time to go in back and look. It turned out that the package had been there for over two weeks waiting for a $0.14 postage. During this time I did not receive a letter notifying me it was there. I am not sure if this was a result of a lazy delivery person or someone at the office, but I should have gotten two notices before my 4th time going in. I received a notice 2 days after I picked up the package. This leads me to think the delivery personal is not doing their job.
I do not believe this postal office is being run correctly. If i could give negative stars I would. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I this was a big enough issue to do so.
