- CMCaitlyn MevisJan 26, 20261.0If I could leave negative stars I would. USPS as a company already has a bad wrap, and their employees really keep that standard true. I was in today and th lady behind the desk was unhelpful and rude. Instead of telling me that I needed to come with a printed shipping label, she said “why would we print that for you?” Then when I came back with my package and label, the credit card machine asked me how my service was and she reached over and clicked the smiley face for me. This whole interaction was frustrating and unnecessary and I am disappointed.

- DPDavid PoytingerDec 31, 20255.0I think Pewaukee needs to send some love to the post office. Repeatedly I get friendly, fast and personal service from counter service and from our mail carriers. However, today I got above and beyond service. My mail carrier wasn’t able to deliver a package, but it quickly was sent to the local post office and even though the counter was closed on NEW YEAR’S EVE, a team member said I could drive up to the offfice and call them and they brought it out to my car since they were still onsite. 😍🤩 Now my nieces and nephews will get their presents on time for our “After Christmas Christmas Party.” Thank you PKE Post Office!! That was great.
