The guy was again disrespectful so I'll never go there again.
- AKA KDec 14, 20251.0I went to the store personally and requested to print a large canvas 32 x 32. They all did all the measurement of the picture and give me a price and I paid for it. I was told that the picture Canvas will be available in a week. I called after four or five days to check on the status and I was told that “ Oh, I am sorry we couldn’t get your picture printed because we quoted you wrong price and wrong size. And we were going to call you about it”. Even though they knew the urgency of this picture that was a birthday gift for my son, but they still did not make the effort to call me a day after I Request through unpaid for it. The manager was very rude instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. She’s like you can come and get reimbursed for your money. That was the best she could do. The silver nail Road UPS store do not know how to handle customer situation and they don’t know their product. It was very disappointing. I called customer service and didn’t do much about it either. I am also still not reimbursed for him, but the money I paid. I would not recommend going to this store for picture printing, or any sort of paper printing job.
