Folks at the counter in the office have also been professional and eager to assist. I am surprised at the unfavorable reviews; my husband and I have had nothing but great experiences. (especially having moved here from a much larger city!)

People who want to be in & out fast have to wait for the people who do not come there prepared. I'm sure the staff have to put up with alot .
