- STSally TetraultApr 8, 20243.0My mailbox is often left open, or partially open. This has happened multiple times. My mailbox closes nice, and stays closed IF the carrier will shut it completely. I have had a lot of wet mail on rainy, and snowy days. The usps online menu does not give me an option to leave this message.

This keeps happening. The other packages expected arrived. I don't get it. They really need to look at their customer service.

Well, it's been nearly 4 weeks and my package is missing and USPS is zero help. Thanks for losing my firearm guys, I guess a USPS employee out there has a nice new rifle to use this hunting season.
