  Huge thank you to Wendy! Yesterday I called 6 different FedEx numbers trying to work out where my 5 missing packages went. The standard customer service number was no help and I was eventually forwarded to Wendy at the Onalaska location. She was absolutely fantastic! So helpful and lovely. I was frustrated about my packages to say the least and she went above and beyond to help me solve my issues and even offered to make some extra calls for me even though it had nothing to do with her location. She did some digging, called me back, and gave me all the info I needed to fix my address issue that I wasn’t aware of for future shipments. I so appreciated all of her help because she was the ONLY person willing to really look into the problem with my missing packages.

  I had some business cards printed here. I designed and submitted them online through FedEx's website. They were expected to be ready by noon the next day, but I had an 11:30am meeting. I called in the morning and asked if it would be possible to have them done by 11. They said they would do their best and they delivered. Pickup was super fast and the atmosphere in the shop was great - it was clear the staff was enjoying themselves! I'll definitely be back!

  As a graphic designer and small business owner, I’ve been printing with FedEx for over 5 years, and the staff has always been exceptional. They’re consistently friendly and truly care about getting things right. Just the other week, I was in a time crunch for a print order, and Wendy absolutely saved the day! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed perfectly and on time. It’s that level of service and attention to detail that keeps me coming back. I can always count on this team to deliver quality work and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this FedEx location for anyone who needs reliable, professional printing!

  These guys are honestly the best! I’ve always had great experiences at this location. I’m always greeted with a smile, which I truly appreciate! The staff goes above and beyond every time. The last time I was there they saw I was carrying in a ton of packages, they came to the door, opened it for me and helped me with my packages. I missing one of my labels and they took care that too! Thank you guys for your amazing customer service!
