- AHAdriana HerricksDec 10, 20255.0Huge thank you to Wendy! Yesterday I called 6 different FedEx numbers trying to work out where my 5 missing packages went. The standard customer service number was no help and I was eventually forwarded to Wendy at the Onalaska location. She was absolutely fantastic! So helpful and lovely. I was frustrated about my packages to say the least and she went above and beyond to help me solve my issues and even offered to make some extra calls for me even though it had nothing to do with her location. She did some digging, called me back, and gave me all the info I needed to fix my address issue that I wasn’t aware of for future shipments. I so appreciated all of her help because she was the ONLY person willing to really look into the problem with my missing packages.

They were expected to be ready by noon the next day, but I had an 11:30am meeting. I called in the morning and asked if it would be possible to have them done by 11. They said they would do their best and they delivered. Pickup was super fast and the atmosphere in the shop was great - it was clear the staff was enjoying themselves! I'll definitely be back!
