- MSM ShubatDec 22, 20251.0The lady named Pearl needs to find a new job she is routinely rude to people She will not let you choose weather your happy or not on the terminal I have watched her basically belittle people for not obo or asking questions One of the delivery drivers also runs around with a cigar in his mouth constantly when we were on his route all of our staff smelled like a trash fire and the post master refused to do anything about it

The women I spoke with informed my package wasn’t delivered because there was snow blocking the mail box. Hasn’t snowed in 4 days but whatever. The lady was very pompous and condescending. It’s no wonder why the USPS has 15 billion of debt and in financial ruin with that type of customer service!
