- NTNathan TaylorMar 17, 20261.0For the 4th time now, a carrier came to deliver a package (prescription medications mind you) and left the "missed delivery" slip in my mailbox rather than the door, as they did not knock or ring the door bell. This happens frequently, and one of the times I had to chase down the driver in -20° weather when I saw him drive by without even attempting to deliver a package. I called to talk to someone about it (again), and the post office lady decided to argue that "they're a trustworthy carrier, and they said they knocked and rang the door bell, you just didn't hear it". I was home all day and waiting in my livingroom (quite literally 5 feet from the door, with a massive window facing the walkway) and nobody came to the door. The service and staff at the Oconomowoc location are an absolute joke.

One large package was delivered and the second package was not delivered with this on tracking info...No access to delivery location. Are you people just stupid. How can you access my front door with one package but cant seem to get the small one there. Just say oh, forgot to put on truck or cant find it but in todays world it seems its better to blame someone else for your mistake.
- CCCATCH CIRCLEJan 14, 20262.0I put a single check in an envelope. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandparents who live up in Canada. I handed it to the people behind the counter at this location on 12/12/2025. I paid $43 for it to be sent. I tracked it the whole way. It wasn't delivered until today, 01/14/2026. That's 32 days for a single envelope to be delivered. Unacceptable. Merry (very late) Christmas, Grandma and Grandpa. :(

I came in to find out why I'm still not receiving mail at my new address and instead of being helped I was instead humiliated by their supervisor after he yelled at me and said "it must be attitude day" in front of several other people! These people here are very miserable and I truly pray that they find peace and stop treating other people so poorly!
