- MAMiranda AOct 27, 20251.0The staff at this post office are incredibly rude and unprofessional! I came in to find out why I'm still not receiving mail at my new address and instead of being helped I was instead humiliated by their supervisor after he yelled at me and said "it must be attitude day" in front of several other people! These people here are very miserable and I truly pray that they find peace and stop treating other people so poorly!

I dreaded going to my former local post office so much that I often used the one in a neighboring community. I actually get to talk to a person here which is huge for me. We use hold mail a lot and it goes so smoothly. I schedule online so that might be a better way to go vs handing in a form. I typically have the same driver which I love vs having a different one almost every day like my previous. She is super friendly! I also have to add that I had to have help with a service I had never done and the lady helping me had not either. She got help and we all worked through it together. I didn't even realize she forgot to give me a receipt record and it showed up in an envelope in my mailbox the next day!

Employees do not answer the phone and do not look for the package. There is no ambition or understanding about missing mail. DO NOT USE THE POST OFFICE. Last year they ran 6 billion dollars in the red and they can not deliver a simple letter.
