- MAMiranda AOct 27, 20251.0The staff at this post office are incredibly rude and unprofessional! I came in to find out why I'm still not receiving mail at my new address and instead of being helped I was instead humiliated by their supervisor after he yelled at me and said "it must be attitude day" in front of several other people! These people here are very miserable and I truly pray that they find peace and stop treating other people so poorly!

This is happening way too often when I have specific directions with delivery to be at the front door. If you don’t deliver and follow delivery instructions, then don’t process the order and agree to deliver it to my front door. Glucose tablets are frozen. Thankfully it wasn’t the migraine nasal spray or my contacts. I have to go through the process of making multiple phone calls, sending emails and then being informed to return my damage products and to wait for a new one. What is the point when it is going to sit outside? This is unacceptable. The lack of care and respect for items that individuals pay a lot of money for (even on disability) is disheartening.

After stopping in 3 times I was told I was scammed. Yes, by USPS. Since then, I ordered the exact same item from the exact same website but had it shipped by UPS. DELIVERED NO PROBLEM. Wish I could put negative stars. Don't ship USPS. Easy.
