One large package was delivered and the second package was not delivered with this on tracking info...No access to delivery location. Are you people just stupid. How can you access my front door with one package but cant seem to get the small one there. Just say oh, forgot to put on truck or cant find it but in todays world it seems its better to blame someone else for your mistake.

I handed it to the people behind the counter at this location on 12/12/2025. I paid $43 for it to be sent. I tracked it the whole way. It wasn't delivered until today, 01/14/2026. That's 32 days for a single envelope to be delivered. Unacceptable. Merry (very late) Christmas, Grandma and Grandpa. :(

I came in to find out why I'm still not receiving mail at my new address and instead of being helped I was instead humiliated by their supervisor after he yelled at me and said "it must be attitude day" in front of several other people! These people here are very miserable and I truly pray that they find peace and stop treating other people so poorly!
- NMNicole MarianiDec 20, 20241.012/20/24 5:30pm Thankfully someone brought my package to my door. It was laying outside on top of all the mailboxes — AGAIN. This is happening way too often when I have specific directions with delivery to be at the front door. If you don’t deliver and follow delivery instructions, then don’t process the order and agree to deliver it to my front door. Glucose tablets are frozen. Thankfully it wasn’t the migraine nasal spray or my contacts. I have to go through the process of making multiple phone calls, sending emails and then being informed to return my damage products and to wait for a new one. What is the point when it is going to sit outside? This is unacceptable. The lack of care and respect for items that individuals pay a lot of money for (even on disability) is disheartening.
