The lady that answered the phone was very kind yes-but said they needed to reconfigure the bar code? Like how is this even a thing? Packages will sit in the warehouse or get rerouted before returning back to the facility again. Update: It has now taken fewer days for my package to travel the Atlantic than traveling from Oak Creek to my house.

It's so hard to run a business in the area if you rely on USPS because the Oak Creek hub causes insane delays. Over half the mail delivered to USPS Oak Creek on 10/14 has yet to be delivered to LOCAL recipients as of 10/22. The only way to ensure a package going from Oak Creek to Franklin within 4 business days is to pay Priority prices. So we're stuck eating the cost of inflated postage to make sure our clients get their payroll timely. This location has been the bane of the greater Milwaukee area's existence. When will it be deal with?

They can't keep up with packages, and it's clear that people are irate about their packages sitting in this facility for weeks. I ordered something from out of country on September 10th, and it arrived in Oak Creek on September 20th. It's now October 21st and it's STILL sitting in Oak Creek! If you can't get enough help, CLOSE! This has been going on long enough!
