Other USPS locations in the area are frustratingly small and I have to wait in line to drop off my packages since I pre print my labels. Here I can just walk over to the designated drop off area and I’m in and out in 2 minutes.

There is a large section for package drop off if you pre-print labels. The lobby is open 24hrs so if you have small packages or mail you can place them in the drop boxes. I’ve had ONE issue that I can recall when a package got lost and I was reimbursed for it. That’s an incredible success rate to me!
