Have been using this post office for years not anymore. In a week a package going to Indiana ended up Pennsylvania and another package was dropped off mail box outside never scanned was told it definitely is not at there location it is at central distribution on College Ave. (they are really backed up)How they know this information so fast if the package was never scanned. We have a business and expect packages to go to where they need to be delivered. Things happen but this is unacceptable and to just say it is no longer in this building, how do you know package was never scanned!! Also looking at other reviews this happens a lot!!!

Mail either gets sent through without a hitch, or like what everyone else says it's a black hole. Lately it's been anxiety inducing every time I track a package and see it's in Oak Creek. I had a package pass through oak creek, travel all the way up to Sheboygan (where I live) and now it got sent back to oak creek with no further updates. I understand when things take time to move during periods of bad weather or short staffing, but how can a package get 95% of the way to its destination then turn back around?! Never had that happen, but always seem to have issues at the Oak Creek facility. Seems like any of my packages sit in Oak Creek longer than it takes to get through any other part of transportation. I'm really disappointed and hope they can figure it out because if this many people are complaining they must find a solution

Come on now down there guys! My package was coming from Green Bay stopped at you guys and ended up in Kentucky?! I'm up in the upper Michigan, you should have told me you were going to send it there a water drove down 45 minutes and grabbed it myself from you guys. My package is now 5 days late, a 3-hour drive I could have made myself a Green Bay, which I think I'm going to start doing from now on because this is the third time in less than 6 months this is going on

Live about 20-30 min away from Oak Creek USPS. Been in transit for 4 days and now somehow managed to end up on the other side of the map. Gone so far south to Houston, TX. How does this even happen? Not even sure if I can receive my package anymore. Has to be my worst experience with USPS so far.

I ordered a package from ebay and USPS sent it through the Oak Creek DC on 1/19/26. It is now 1/4 and no package was delivered to my address. I filed a missing mail search and am waiting for my package. My package contains something with deep sentimental priceless value to me and Oak Creek personnel acted like they don't care about resolving this issue. I am told to wait for up to 3 months for Oak Creek employees to locate my package. This is very frustrating and I don't wish this problem on anybody.
