When other people work there, when she must take a vacation day or something else, they have all been polite friendly, and helpful.Why is she still employed is my question. North Prarie deserves better!

Disrespectful in every sense of the word, snarky and smart attitude towards customer questions. I really don't understand what it is about some postal service workers and having attitudes but they seem to go very hand in hand. Understand if you're going to get into a public service job you had better be a people person. Will not ever be associating with this place again.

They must be really hard up for help, Rude, not helpful, and by going inside, you feel like your not wanted, and they move slow enough to portray an attitude as such. I’d take the old postmaster a million times over what’s in there now.
