The woman with a raspy voice that has the office smelling like stale cigarette smoke is RUDE and unprofessional. I was in the parking lot on Good Friday and called to see if they were open before carrying my packages all inside and she says “yes we’re open but I’m about to go on lunch” I acknowledge that and stated I was in the parking lot and asked if it was ok I bring my package in quick. She said “yea that’s fine” In two minutes (12:29pm when we hung up the phone to 12:31 when I tried the door handle and it was locked.. as I walked out the front of the building she drove past and stared me in the eyes with a “ha ha” look.
1. Why did you say yes I could bring in my packages then leave
2. You knew I was outside: I wasn’t asking you to wait 5 minutes for me to arrive.
3. People depend on USPS for time sensitive services. I need to return to work and came on MY lunch also: now this won’t be mail till Monday. Unless I leave work early, which will make this package late. Please consider the job you do and the effect it could have on people’s lives.
Rent being late. Services being terminated due to late payments. Cars/homes being foreclosed or repossessed. Birthday gifts not making to dying loved one.
I wish we lived in a more understanding world and less ME ME ME. I would have never behaved this way professionally or in my private life. JUST RUDE

Can't leave 0 stars or I would. The employee here is rude and lazy. Don't expect any help from this post office.

Whoever works day shift here answering calls, absolutely horrible customer service. Disrespectful in every sense of the word, snarky and smart attitude towards customer questions.
I really don't understand what it is about some postal service workers and having attitudes but they seem to go very hand in hand.
Understand if you're going to get into a public service job you had better be a people person.
Will not ever be associating with this place again.
