This Postmaster has never ever callednor responded to formal complaints we have made about our continuous poor mail service. I made a complaint three months ago, my wife made one ladt week when her package she had been waiting on was marked delivered, then returned to send on first delivery attempt, with zero notices left in the mailbox. Since i have made several negative reviews on here, every time i have an issue, i will now start dating my amended complqints until they address their poor service situation, and assume responsibility.. I encourage evryone to file complaints online as oftwn as you have an issue. This post office refuses to fix ita problems, or even address any of them. -----‐-------- I have a problem here every other time i try to mail something. Problems that i dont have at any other post office in the country. To begin with, they refuse to deliver ANY packages above the first floor. So, anything we order NEVER gets delivered.. our dog waiting on his food really appreciats that! most importantly, I mail out 20-30 of the same types of envelopes all over the country, and only here do they ALWAYS try to double charge me for service that isnt necessary to deliver my envelope.. now, when i have a problme, i go to a neighboring town and never have the problem. Really incovnenient, but the people that work here do it repeatedly. NOT TO MENTION that its stamped DO NOT BEND 3 times, as the postal worker tries to bend, and push on ot to figure out what it is, instead of asking.. DUH!!!!!! UPDATE- Took same envelope to Somerset PO right after leaving this, with the stamps i said i normally mail these with.. 4 stamps.. accepted AND delivered no problem.. thanks for nothing New Richmond Post Office.

And upon hearing that it was a gift from Santa for my child and that they would be with when picking it up they put it in a different box so they didn't see what it was. During the busiest time of the year they went above and beyond what they needed to do.
- HRHonest ReviewerAug 22, 20181.0Edit: Drivers have been delivering OPEN, EMPTY Amazon envelope packages to my place :( Someone steals the item and delivers an empty package to my LOCKED mailbox! They deliver my packages to the wrong parcel lockers, or the carrier steals them. Packages for 2 different neighbors were in one of the locked package boxes one day, the key to it was in my mailbox.... Delivered status online but no package... I now have to get packages delivered to my mom's house..... I try and avoid buying anything that gets shipped though USPS New Richmond. A man who works at the counter here is very unhelpful. He shook, and then threw my package after I told him there were fragile items inside. He acted like a child and it was ridiculous.
