- MVMinako VoeltzMay 19, 20211.0Too bad ZERO stars isn’t an option. I have had the last 2 weeks worth of deliveries going to the wrong address. The wrong home returns the item either to the post office or via their mailbox. Instead of actually delivering this to the right address the post office then just sends these items back. Awful customer service when you’re in the building, rude responses or being ignored very regularly. Sad you can’t even get your own mail to your home, and the P.O. Box system there isn’t worth it either with the same amount of complaints. Will be complaining very regularly, I’m sure without response, but get your mail or packages a different way if you can. This office is HORRIBLE!!

I live 4 miles from new glarus the first one arrived a week later and I am sill waiting for the last one which so far is a week. I could have gotten mail from Europe quicker. I guess I can't blame N.G. entirely because the mail goes to Madison before me and Madison is all screwed up.
