  Jim Cooper the mail clerk supervisor is incredibly rude. I run a business down the road and they absolutely will NOT deliver our mail. They send all my packages back to sender. Some packages are vital to running the business I talked to the mail supervisor Jim and he is INCREDIBLY rude and patronizing. He told me we had to install a mailbox and did NOT specify that there are specific requirements. So we order a mailbox and install it on the side of the building near our entrance and then I return to let him know we have one. He THEN tells me I need a mailbox on the road. He says hes going to get a paper to show specifications(which he should have done the first time around)and he can be heard throwing things around in the next room as if my request had upset him. It is very clear to me that he never intended to be helpful. He wanted me to install the mailbox incorrectly because hes bitter and clearly hates his job. This man has anger issues. Replace him.

  Grossly understaffed at the main desk. I could see the frustration on the faces of everyone in line. The staff are typically unfriendly and seem to hate their jobs. Go to a different post office if you want a nice experience

  I have never had a problem at the counter here. Unfortunately, when I had a problem with a missing package, I was less than impressed. I believe the guys name was Jim. He told me to put a claim in for a missing package when he knew that I couldn't because the multiple packages with the same tracking number. One package showed being delivered. When I called back the next day to resolve the issue he told me I couldn't put in a missing package claim and I had to call the third party who provides the tracking numbers. Why not tell me that in the first place? Lack of knowledge? Or just trying to get me out of there? The best part was his attitude. Yes, that's sarcastic. I just wish they could find the package that was scanned when I dropped it off and then it magically disappeared there.

  The male clerk who works there with the graying beard is not a very nice man. He is very condescending and it is clear he doesn’t like to help. I don’t understand why he doesn’t just leave and work somewhere else that’s a better fit given he seems to hate helping people so much. It’s disappointing to see.
