- JBJayden BombackApr 2, 20261.0Very rude and stuck up employee at the counter. They have been returning all of my mail to sender so I haven’t been able to receive mail for months. This has now hindered my life in numerous ways, preventing me from getting important financial paperwork, insurance cards, registration, etc. The address is correct, they just think I don’t live there for some reason EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THEM. This has been a complete circus and at this point I’m looking into filing a complaint to higher ups and/or filing a lawsuit if I have to. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
