If I could rate this lower I would, good luck getting a hold of anyone from the actual facility they’ll just keep your line ringing forever. I was on the phone waiting for over 20 minutes and just now someone picked up as I was writing this. The phone number online isn’t helpful at all it’s just a robot who has zero clue how to direct your call. Best bet is too just drive to the location yourself. Good luck

Our neighborhood mailbox was hit by a car a while ago, and there have been no updates on when it will be fixed. In the meantime, we’re being forced to pick up our mail from the post office, and they’ve also stopped delivering packages to our doors. I went to the post office because I thought one of my packages had been delivered there. The first employee I spoke to—an older gentleman whose name I didn’t catch—retrieved my mail, but he seemed irritated from the start. When I mentioned I believed I also had a package, he looked even more annoyed, but thankfully another worker offered to check for it. While waiting, I asked the first employee if there was any update or someone I could talk to regarding the damaged mailbox. He seemed frustrated by the question, but said he’d go ask. I didn’t understand why this was such a problem—many of us in the neighborhood are concerned. The second worker came back and said the package wasn’t there. Shortly after, the first guy returned and explained that everyone who receives mail at our cluster box has to agree before they can proceed with repairs. I asked if we all needed to call or visit the post office individually, and just then, someone else (the manager, though I unfortunately forgot his name) stepped in. This man deserves serious appreciation. He took the time to explain the situation thoroughly, after informing him that about 18 homes are affected. (It seemed this was the first time he was hearing that many people were involved) He even shared a similar experience from his own neighborhood. He said he would personally look into the mailbox issue and let me know whether we needed to contact our landlords, since many residents are renters and haven’t received any information. I offered to put up a sign on the broken mailbox encouraging neighbors to call the post office and give their approval to get it fixed. Another neighbor mentioned we may need to get individual mailboxes, which would also involve our landlords. The manager assured me that my package would be delivered to my door moving forward and took down my name and number so he could follow up. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful—and I told him how much I appreciated his time. I plan to update this if I hear back from him. What bothered me, though, was what happened as I was leaving. I overheard the first employee telling the manager he was “sorry for wasting his time on that situation,” referring to me—as if I were being a problem. I was polite and respectful the entire time; I just wanted to understand what was happening with our mail. All we want is communication and a solution. It costs nothing to be kind and understanding—like the manager was. That attitude makes a huge difference, and he truly deserves recognition for handling the situation with grace.

Friendly staff that are quick and very informative. The place is clean and sells greeting cards and a large variety of shipping related items. Can be busy but staff works hard to keep things moving. Parking is okay.

Our mail carrier will not walk a package up to our home, instead he tries to cram it in our mail box and leaves the door open. Causing our mail to blow away and/or get soaked from the rain or snow.
