If I'm told something should be here by a thursday, I know I won't get it until after the weekend, despite the tracking saying Necedah post office got it on that day.

I was told by the Necedah postman to mail my bills at another post office. And to get a PO box outside of Necedah because their mail service is so dismal. i cannot do that because of SS which needs my mail to come to my actual address.
