Our “delivered” packages are frequently not delivered to the right location because they can’t take the time to confirm the address listed is where it’s being left. And their online request forms to rectify the missing items have so many restrictions and hurdles to even try to get to a solution. Meanwhile my packages wait in limbo who knows where. Very unacceptable, yet alone when this is a regular occurrence.

Highly recommend Eagle Postal Service. 2 times i ordered this item and they seem to have major issues delivering packages 📦 ... the postal lady claimed the box wouldnt fit in the mail box and we have proof the youth moto goggles are a small box, she lied. The first time i ordered the goggles my package went " missing after delivery". Very lazy postal lady and dishonest. She was also caught steeling our packages another time out of our mail box and a complaint was filed recently.

I'm receiving mail for people who haven't lived in my building for years, despite leaving notes in my mailbox in neon and I've tried calling before but can never reach anyone who can resolve the issue and my mailbox is constantly overflowing with the amount of mail from other people, and since I work all day7 am - 5 pm , I can't go in person before closing it’s impossible to fix the issue!
