- TKThea KlonglandJan 1, 20241.0Montello continues to employ a postman that refuses to deliver packages to certain people. Their refusal to do anything about this supports on going harassment. This has been going on for almost a year. When I spoke to the office manager about it last year I was told he was gone. It appears as if this was a lie and packages continue to be held with out reason. When every other carrier ups and fedex as well as other post people at the office can deliver its apparent that this person will continue to target people of his choosing. Super pissed and considering legal action for harassment.

- DGDoreen GondekFeb 20, 20215.0I just want to say that in the 14 yrs. that I have been living here in Montello, that the Postal Service has always been professional, pleasant and friendly towards me. They have always been exceptional in their delivery service as well. I've been meaning to compliment them for a long time. The woman and men in the office have always gone out of their way to do the best thing for me when mailing packages. Even when they have been understaffed and swamped with many customers. I enjoy going into the office because of their efficiency and politeness. They have never rushed me when I was being taken care of. The same holds up for all of the other customers before me & waiting in line. I'd like to shout out to everyone employed there Thank you so very much!
- GMGary MaldonadoApr 8, 20171.03 day shipping is more like 5 day shipping. We had a package arrive that needed signature confirmation. No one over 18 was here to aceppt it. We went to the post office and was told they would come back with the package. Sat at home all day waiting and they never showed up. It's pot luck if you are going to get your mail on time with USPS in Wisconsin.
