There's a middle aged woman with brown hair (didn't get her name unfortunately) that was extremely rude and seemed like she was trying to shame and ridicule me for not knowing about how to ship packages and even made comments about me, right in front of me, to other customers in the store who were behind me. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. There are two other works though that are always very helpful and pleasant, one younger and one a bit older. This place is close to where I live but I'll be using another location from now on.
- KNKelsey NewgardOct 7, 20201.0I got here at 858 am and The lobby was open but the customer service desk doesn't open until 900. I was the only customer in there. There was a guy in the main lobby wheeling a cart in the back and I overheard him say to the lady at the counter "Go figure, there's already people trying to get in." And the lady (blonde mid aged woman) says "Jesus, go figure. Everytime." I'm not sure what that meant but when she came to unlock the door she sighed real loud and said "well, come in." I'm sorry, but this was extremely rude.

I said oh I’m sorry I’m mailing it for my elderly father who can’t come in. He says well tell him to stop trying to do that ! WTH is your problem dude!
