    Don't even know why I gave you guys one star.Don't deserve it.. Customer service sucks.. Wouldn't recommend my dog to come in there.. The guy that took my package didn't even bother to say hello was on the phone. Didn't get any response, just gave me the ticket.. Horrible customer service.. Need some training

    If you enjoy being told that asking for clarification is a character defect, this is your place. The pattern seems to be: customer expresses concern → owner explains why the customer is the real issue. Interesting management approach, Erik.

    The packing process is fine. The public responses to reviews tell you everything you need to know about the culture here. The way reviews are handled tells you way more than the so-called ‘pack & ship promise. Great place if you like a little adrenaline rush while trying to send out packages due to the owner’s incredibly short and spicy temper.

    Zero help for the package you guys refuse to even look for. There was a day (non-holiday) that they were totally closed for… even when all apps said they were in fact open. Nobody home no sign on door just negligence. Do better.

    The owner, Eric, threw what I can only describe as a tantrum when I asked that a fragile item be packaged before I left. He said my request was insulting and if I didn’t trust him, I should just get a refund and leave. He was making me so uncomfortable over a reasonable request that I said ok, I’d take a refund and get it shipped elsewhere. He ignored me and began angrily shoving my guitar into a box, saying that he would just package it with peanuts, instead of bubble wrap if I was in such a hurry. I had to repeat several times that I no longer wanted to ship with him and wanted to go elsewhere before he stopped attempting to bully me into shipping it anyway. The ickiest part of the interaction was the distinct feeling that it probably would not have happened if I were a man. I’m not quick to write a review, let alone a negative one, but this was the grossest, most unprofessional interaction I’ve experienced in years. From the looks of the reviews, it seems like I’m not the only woman who felt this way.
