- JGJay GoninenJun 3, 20255.0I would like to say thank you to the team at USPS in Mineral Point. I put myself in a bad position waiting until the last minute to get a Real ID from the DMV and had a work trip come up where I needed it immediately. I initially thought they would print the new license at the DMV but was informed that they give you a paper copy and mail out your physical ID. I found out when they mailed it and was guessing that it was on our way to the house today. Well, I was about an hour from needing to leave for the airport extra early to get through security and so I figured I'd go down to the post office because our mail doesn't typically arrive until early in the afternoon and see if they could help. Kathy and the amazing team were able to point me in the direction of the mailman, Ron. I found him, approached him out of the blue, and he was nothing but accommodating. Luckily enough, he had the envelope with the new license in hand. This made my life a heck of a lot easier for this trip! Thanks again to everybody for their help!

Linda used to grab keys out of the boxes for packages that won't fit into your post office box. Now every single larger boxes has a key inside. Sad when people don't want to work. Linda stayed busy. Always doing something. I would rather not call my friend Josh Hawley and get him involved. But I may if it continues.
