You can go to a bank or check cashing place to cash it.” Instead of telling them they have to come back and being rude. I suggest better customer service.

- KBKeeva BrownApr 1, 20233.0Some of the time I'm getting mail rapidly then it'll be times where I'm just not getting any mail & I'm like what's going on like yesterday (3-31-23) it says they tried to deliver a package to to my building but they had no access I thought that they have Fobs to these apartment complex to get in after hours so now I didn't receive my package & now I have to wait & see when they deliver again very upset. It just happened again today (4-1-23) they said No access to the building this makes no sense to me
