- ZDZoe DominguezMar 10, 20261.0Was in like for approximately an hour, when you tell them your there for a passport they dont even ask if you have what you need before having you go in line, lady infront of me was not handed application for passport so she waited once she got to the window they told her she should have asked for it and that now she needed to set up an appointment, then i go with Tony in Sales associate and tell him i am here for my sons passport right away got the attitude “okay where is he” no hi how are you, no nothing me “oh i have all the documents “ he goes “well he has to be here “ with an attitude? okay well that would have been nice to know when I told the lady who helped the lady infront of me that i was there for my SONS passport but no she just put me in line seeing my son is not with me , so i am trying to ask tony “so he needs to be here even though i have all the documents? hes actually sick “ he goes “well looks like he cant get one “ , i work in customer service myself and i would NEVER respond to a customer who was jn line for over an hr the way tony did, so i ask him “whay is the reason for the attitude “ face right away changes and says “i dont have no attitude i am trying to explain to you” explain what?? besides snarky responses. Anyways usps needs to do better in checking the way employees treat the customers because i wouldve not mind the fact that my son had to be there in person even though i had been in like for an hour if it wasnt for tonys attitude :) hope he has the day he deserves :)

(LOOK AT THE CAMERA) “Porscha” had an attitude because of it and closed the line with the customer that was ahead of me. She refused to provide service and overall sugarcoated her mean-ness towards me. Please provide a phone for me to speak with a manager regarding my experience. Thank you!
