  Mahi was so patient & helpful. I didn't feel rushed. Something was going on with my phone and it wouldn't let me or him hit send. He tried to send it to himself,thru WhatsApp...nothing worked. He was kind and very,very sweet. A pleasant youngman. Thank you.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I needed to ship my computer, which I was quite nervous about, but Kushal was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me choose the most secure and cost-effective solution. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me peace of mind. If you need to ship fragile or high-value items, definitely ask for Kushal!

  I was recently at this location picking up my online order from Nike and was charged $10 for a holding fee! The clerk that helped me said “ since you don’t have a mailbox with us and since it’s not an access point you were charged $10” I ask her “ is this something new? I always had my Nike orders shipped here and was never charged” she told me “No it always been like that” That’s a lie! On the Nike app it clearly show multiple locations that you can choose from as a pick-up point and not once is it stated you’ll be charged a fee. This is my 5th time having a Nike order shipped to their facility and now all of a sudden I'm being charged??? Something isn’t adding up here and I want a refund.

  I had such a great experience at UPS thanks to Rose! She went above and beyond to help me create a birthday vinyl poster, and it turned out amazing. She was patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure everything looked perfect. It’s rare to come across customer service this good—Rose made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Rose if you can!
