  I cannot thank the staff at this location more. I brought in a booklet for printing and when I arrived I realized I’d made a mistake with a long black fold line on the cover. I just told them to go ahead and print my 50 copies and I’d just deal with it. Imagine my surprise when I picked up the perfect booklets! Ryan had gone out of his way to scan the cover and make the adjustment I didn’t know was possible! My booklets were perfect!! I’d planned to take a several hours hiding my own mistake with washi tape, but now I don’t need to do that! I was surprised and grateful. Everyone at the counter is nice and accommodating. I chose this location because it was convenient, but now I’ll choose it no matter where in the city I’m coming from. Thank you.

  This is my first time going to this FedEx and it will be my last. The gentleman working here seems to think he knows everything but it's far from it. He was basically telling the guy in front of me that he could not tell him where his package was even though the gentleman called the 1-800 customer service line and they told him to go to the store and talk to the representatives in the store. The gentleman in the store said oh they know better than that they know that they know that information not us. The gentleman in front of me even asked if he could talk to the actual person he dealt with last week to see where his package was or if it was going to arrive and when. The gentleman he was talking to said no only that one 800 customer service line knows the answer to that. So this poor man in front of me has no actual recourse to figure out where his package is and the gentleman behind the desk I am not so sure knows what he's talking about. When I try to return my AT&T wireless equipment he tells me I need an account number. I said according to the email AT&T does not say I need any information I just need to drop it off. He said well UPS can scan the barcode but we cannot it doesn't scan for us. So I look up the account number which I find and I gave it to him. He said that that's not an account number because they closed the account so is no longer an account number. He says I need to call them and get an account number. I said I do not want to call AT&T anymore than I have to because I will be on the phone for hours! I said you know what I think I'm just going to go to UPS cuz I've never had an issue with returning anything to AT&T with them. Needless to say I will never go back to a FedEx location because I've never had such a fruitless interaction for a simple customer service exchange.

  Fax Kiosk/Print Services I really appreciate the layout of the store! It made it incredibly easy to send a fax, and make copies. Benjamin, Store Team Member, assisted me in uploading cash on a FedEx Stored Value Card and walked me through how the card works, in store. The transaction was fantastic! His customer service skills are peak level and you just don't see this anymore in Business Retail!! Witnessing his knowledge of products, while maintaining professionalism was just awesome! Would recommend this location to friends, family or potential customers in search of an easy fax or print service experience!! 🌷

  Stopped at this Fed-Ex location to process a return. Luckily, I got a parking spot right in front of the building! Service was fast, friendly, and easy.
