- MHMarqulia HarmonFeb 8, 20211.0I have sent video recording from my outdoor cameras to show the mail person not even attempting to deliver my packages .. and nothing was done . It makes me feel .. because of where I stay my voice not heard .. because honestly i have no problem giving alternate options on where to put my packages if I’m not there .. or at least leave a note or slip .. but I’m consistently going thru my packages being sent back unless I check the sellers website for updates ..it’s such a hassle to deal with this location ..but seeming that we have alderman and senators locally to contact .. it’s time I put my complaint in with someone who will hear what I have to say .

TODAY 1/4/2019 IT SHOWS UP THAT MY PACKAGES WAS DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!! THIS TIME IS DIDNT GET DELIVERED TO MY NEIGHBOR IT GOT DELIVERED HEAVEN KNOWS WHERE AND IT WAS 6 PERFUMES 😡😡😡😡😡😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭. BECAUSE OF THERE CARELESSNESS SOMEONE IS SMELLING GOOD AND IM NOT!!!!!!! CLOSE THIS USPS DOWN!!!!! VERY UPSET!!!!

- JBJay B-MANJun 16, 20161.0Had been waiting on a package to be delivered for over a week. I track the package online, and it states the post office said it was an undeliverable address. However, I've been receiving mail and other orders at this location for months. I call to inquire about my package, and am told that they have it, but they don't know where it is. WHAT???? How do u have it but not know where it is??? Their reply: It might have been taken to another location. But why would it be taken to another post office when clearly this is the one that should have it??? I've been told so many lies by so many employees there. I've been told they would track it down and personally deliver it. I've been told "Oh yeah, we found it last night, and it should be delivered today". Etc........My work schedule and their hours of operations are the only thing keeping me from going up there and literally going postal on them!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
