- CHCurtisha HaynesDec 17, 20251.0First time at this location on 12/16/2025 at 1:55pm. I was trying to purchase seven stamps. I asked the service employee if I could use two methods of payment to pay for my purchase. She told me if I was to use two different payments, one had to be card and the other cash. I was attempting to use two cards like I have done at other locations. But the employee with locs refused to help with my way of getting my service.

She was unable to ship off my things because she did not have a clerk. When I asked what I meant, she laughed in my face . As a supervisor I am confused on why you would not know how to ship off items. Also why would you be open if you can’t service anyone. Super unprofessional.

TODAY 1/4/2019 IT SHOWS UP THAT MY PACKAGES WAS DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!! THIS TIME IS DIDNT GET DELIVERED TO MY NEIGHBOR IT GOT DELIVERED HEAVEN KNOWS WHERE AND IT WAS 6 PERFUMES 😡😡😡😡😡😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭. BECAUSE OF THERE CARELESSNESS SOMEONE IS SMELLING GOOD AND IM NOT!!!!!!! CLOSE THIS USPS DOWN!!!!! VERY UPSET!!!!
- BQBeverly QuinnFeb 15, 20181.0I agree with the reviewer, if there was a zero, that would be my rate. The carrier service is awful. I have submitted Hold mail forms, and mail was still delivered. I met the mail carrier at the door delivering the pink slip instead of the package. NEVER had the package. The manager had to come back with my packages. I listen to their lies, then I tell them I have CAMERAS!!!!! Update: another package gone!. So tired of this.
