I asked the service employee if I could use two methods of payment to pay for my purchase. She told me if I was to use two different payments, one had to be card and the other cash. I was attempting to use two cards like I have done at other locations. But the employee with locs refused to help with my way of getting my service.

She was unable to ship off my things because she did not have a clerk. When I asked what I meant, she laughed in my face . As a supervisor I am confused on why you would not know how to ship off items. Also why would you be open if you can’t service anyone. Super unprofessional.
