Needless to say, about 10 days after mailing the original letter had to use the services of a FedEx to send a second one. The customer service is virtually non-existent. Never again will I send anything of importance via USPS.

But since the phone waiting time at the 800 number is 90 minutes, I need someone to know that my mail hold ending on Dec. 1 was delivered on Dec. 12!!!! I checked my online confirmation and 12/1 end date is correct. Never have experienced this before, and resulted in a few critically late pieces of mail.
