In the 7 years I’ve been living here, this is the first time I’ve come to this office, and the staff was very rude. First and last time. Other USPS offices have always treated me very well, but this one was terrible. Very rude. It was a white woman with glasses and black hair tied back. Very rude. Her name is Maria. Vine hoy a las 4:56 de la tarde y el trato que me dieron fue súper grosero! De los 7 años que llevo viviendo aquí , es la primera vez que vengo a esta oficina y son súper groseros! Primera y última vez . Las otras oficinas de USPS me han tratado súper bien pero acá terrible! Groseras ! Era una señora blanca con gafas y el cabello negro agarrado. Muy grosera. Su nombre es María
- MDMs Amy DornDec 1, 20251.0This post office has serious issues with keeping track of packages and delivering them to the right addresses. After having one package get lost that I shipped out, and another package that I ordered saying it was delivered and I did not get the package, I went into the post office and spoke to the supervisor that was on duty at 3:00, on Monday December 1st 2025. She was of no assistance to me, she was rude, and somehow found my situation funny. After not helping me whatsoever, when I went to walk out her and the other girl that was at the desk started to giggle about my situation. That is so unprofessional, if she does not like her job, maybe she needs to find a different career path! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Didn't get my package or help to try to work out the problem because I was sent to the post office from the USPS phone customer service because there was possible mistake with the shipping price and the mailcarrier refused to deliver( Supposedly,I owed $75 in shipping for a 4lb package,which was super crazy). Didn't get my package even though it was there at the post office in front of me and I already paid seller for the shipping. Supervisor-manager was very nice, even though I left with nothing. 1 Star for the manager and and 1 Star for phone customer service.
