- EKEstee KlemickFeb 11, 20261.0The Postal Customer Service Clerks are very rude. They act like customers are an imposition on their time. I was at the counter....I waited to be called. The woman was talking on a headset to someone else the entire time she "helping" me. The clerk next to her closed her window proceeded to talk to the woman helping me. Complaining about her job, customers, etc. I have lived in Bay View since 1990 and occasionally go inside. The quality of customer service has sunk to a new low. It seems that no one in management reads these reviews.

In the 7 years I’ve been living here, this is the first time I’ve come to this office, and the staff was very rude. First and last time. Other USPS offices have always treated me very well, but this one was terrible. Very rude. It was a white woman with glasses and black hair tied back. Very rude. Her name is Maria. After having one package get lost that I shipped out, and another package that I ordered saying it was delivered and I did not get the package, I went into the post office and spoke to the supervisor that was on duty at 3:00, on Monday December 1st 2025. She was of no assistance to me, she was rude, and somehow found my situation funny. After not helping me whatsoever, when I went to walk out her and the other girl that was at the desk started to giggle about my situation. That is so unprofessional, if she does not like her job, maybe she needs to find a different career path! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
