Mail was supposed to be delivered to my home and there was construction that day so mail was not delivered. I expected it to come the next day however it did not. I called 4 days later they said the mail could not be found and to call the sender however I saw on the app that it was supposed to be delivered but now it cannot be found. I don't feel they took the call seriously and now I have to wait to see if it shows up before I can have the piece of mail resent from the sender.
