- CCCH Mason Health ClinicAug 27, 20255.0our clinic staff called the post office to get some help on a situation to help one of our patients and was directed to the manager, and the manager was so kind to help assist us and provide us with detail information. even though his Post Office could not help assist us, he directed us where we needed to go.

I placed a mail hold while I was on vacation for three weeks, and when I returned, my mail was completely missing. No one made any real effort to track it down. I have visited the location twice in person and called multiple times a week for about five weeks. Each time, I got a different answer from each supervisor I spoke to. I was repeatedly told a manager would contact me, yet I never received a single call back. The lack of professionalism from the staff is appalling.

After simply asking if she could tell me my PO Box number, ID in hand, she said, “It’s your job to write that down. You’re an adult.” I’d be fired on the spot if I spoke to someone that way at my job. Don’t bother asking for assistance here - they’ll look at you like you’re stupid
