- HCHector CorreaFeb 18, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous, came in 2 days in a row with an appointment to get my passport taken care of. Day 1 I come in 10 minutes early and am told to stand to the side to allow the worker to finish up on a passport service. I am sitting for 30 minutes past my scheduled time and when it is finally my turn, I’m told that I need the original copy of my birth certificate to proceed…understandable, although the lady who was in front of me was told that she could complete the process and go get HER birth certificate which she left at home as well which I’m sure was illegal on the clerks end. Now day 2…I come in with an appointment scheduled for the same time and show up 10 minutes early as instructed. I am told to wait for the same clerk from day 1 to get ready and upon walking up to the counter, a customer walks in 5 MINUTES LATE to her appointment and I’m told that I have to wait for THAT customer to be serviced before me. Extreme lack of consideration or respect.
