El peor lugar para hacer un envío , mi paqueta lleva 2 semanas en el mismo lugar y se lavan las manos cuando les vas a reclamar , realmente es una vergüenza

If I could give zero stars I would! I have called and filed a complaint against our mail carrier and even went down to this post office to file a second complaint and now I filed a third complaint because these carriers cannot read!!!! For the past 4 months my husband has been getting PSA magazines sent to the house and the magazines say in big black letters, DO NOT BEND. But EVERY SINGLE mail carrier bends the magazines and shoves them in our mail box. We even have one mail carrier on camera shoving and sliding the magazine repeatedly around in the box. We put in multiple requests with this location to have the magazine left in the door, but nope, no one cares. I even have to have my kids school pictures sent to my parents house so they don't ruin them by bending them and shoving them in my mail box. Apparently you can file all the complaints you want and nothing will be done. I'm betting that our complaints were never even mentioned to our mail carriers!
