Got in close to closing.. BEFORE 3:00pm the post office was NOT closed! (LOOK AT THE CAMERA) “Porscha” had an attitude because of it and closed the line with the customer that was ahead of me. She refused to provide service and overall sugarcoated her mean-ness towards me. Please provide a phone for me to speak with a manager regarding my experience. Thank you!

Just dropped my load off at 7:00am 12/29. I’m not sure what it is about the ladies that work in the post office but they act like they hate the job!!! EVERY POST OFFICE I’ve been too has been like that. And I’m a black American female!!! Put the man in charge ASAP. Or give the ladies more training because they SUCK! I wish I took a pic of the lady she was light skin woman

Incredibly unhelpful. Disengaged staff who had no idea how to do anything. Damaged our package before it even left the city. Then completely unhelpful when trying to reimburse the damage.

On Friday, October 24th, at approximately 3:30 p.m., I visited the USPS Milwaukee St. Paul branch to drop off an oversized pre-packaged item. Upon entering, I did not see any signage indicating where to leave packages. There were only two employees working at the counter and no customers in line, so I waited patiently.
After a few minutes, one of the employees asked how she could assist me. I explained that I needed to drop off a package. She pointed toward a stack of parcels located in front of another customer at the counter, so I thanked her and placed my package there.
As I was exiting the building, I overheard one of the employees say loudly to a customer at the counter, “I need to show him where to drop off a package? On your way out, tell him how to drop off a package.” I found this remark to be unprofessional and unnecessary. I had believed that I was making their job easier by not waiting for a receipt, but it appears that was not the case.
Despite dropping off my package at 3:30 p.m., tracking information showed that it was not scanned and accepted until 10:30 a.m. the following day. This is not an isolated incident—on a previous visit about a month earlier, I waited in line to obtain a receipt, and that package still took three days to depart from this same branch.
Unfortunately, this reflects a consistent pattern of poor service at this location. It appears that certain employees feel little accountability, perhaps due to staffing shortages or union protections, and this results in customers being treated as inconveniences rather than as valued patrons.
Additionally, the request to complete a customer service survey before making payment seems counterproductive. Even if customer satisfaction ratings were overwhelmingly negative, it does not appear that meaningful action would be taken. The numerous unfavorable Google reviews about the same employees reinforce this concern.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that USPS management will review the service standards and professional conduct at the Milwaukee St. Paul branch to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that packages are processed in a timely manner.

Every time I have gone here the staff has been SO beyond rude. “Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal” is the sign they have hung up behind the desks, which is a total lie.
