What is most concerning is that this behavior does not appear limited to front-line staff; individuals in white shirts, who appear to be in supervisory or management roles, demonstrate the same lack of professionalism and accountability. I have never patronized this location and had a positive experience. Each visit is unnecessarily stressful and reflects poorly on the standards one expects from a federal service. When I went, only one person was working at the front. I get that it can be tiring, but still, a little more willingness to help would make a huge difference. I don’t know much about mailing things, so I was hoping for some basic guidance. Instead, the overall attitude was just unhelpful and dismissive. It’s disappointing, especially because this place is in a nice area. If you can avoid this location, I’d honestly recommend it.
