It was my first time there, and I didn’t realize my package needed to be weighed before scanning the QR code or that two QR codes couldn’t be scanned consecutively. The employee assisting me was rude throughout the interaction, despite my mistakes being pretty minute. His attitude made the experience very unpleasant, and when I became visibly bothered by it, he became even more upset and said he hates his job. Perhaps this job isn't the right fit for him :)
