This isn’t your personally owned and operated business this is a government establishment and an important one at that. Why are all the usps offices so terribly staffed. I have no clue when this worker decided her day was over but now I have to wait until Monday, that is if the worker decides to show up.

I have packages that were suppose to be delivered, documents for my business, and calling USPS; " your wait time is 30-50 mins. wait i lied, i did see the mailman yesterday, all i saw was the truck SPEEDING through the neighborhood. I'm not going to blame the mail carrier because USPS is to blame as a whole/entity. i suppose anything pertaining with the words United States, they do things on their time.
- TBTanya BAug 25, 20162.0The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the 1 woman who always takes care of me when I go pick up my packages is actually nice and helpful. Otherwise, the 1 star would be because my delivery person does not even bring my mail packages to my house on Saturdays. They fill out the salmon (sorry we missed you) notes at the post office before they even check to see if anyone is home. Very poor customer service. I have a note on my door saying "please do not leave any packages on this porch" but, packages get left anyway. And yes, I have had a few of them stolen. This location needs to shut down or re-train their employees.
