I find the staff here very polite, engaging, respectful, friendly, and happy to serve my needs. A big thank you to them for being such a great team. I have seen them handle some seriously difficult customers, and they are pros!

- DWDonald WalkerAug 13, 20181.08:55 a.m. 1 clerk, 7 people in front of me, one left. 14 min. later a second clerk showed up briefly to do pick up and drop off only, 1 person in front of me went there and that clerk left afterwards. 25 min. later i'm finally out the door. 6 people 25 min. is 4 min. per customer. Another time I needed a deep medium express mail box. Didn't have any. Asked the clerk, they said if you don't see it we don't carry that size. But the size i wanted was clearly displayed. i think i was had.
