- LLlawanda longJan 30, 20241.0Horrible location. My mail was being held for a week during a snow storm when the city plowed the snow in front of my mailbox and it turned to ice. I was instructed by the manager at the post office that I have to remove a 3 ft ice bank for the mailman to reach his arm out of the window to place my mail in my box which was totally accessible. I also just got a notice stating that my mail will be held because of the fact that someone elses trash cans are in front of my mailbox. I asked to speak to a manager and she was just as rude.

Passports should be by appointment only due to the wait time it takes. Waited well over 45 mins for 3 people in front of me. Just cert of mail to send. Absolutely ridiculous
