  I love this location so much. The entire team is absolutely amazing at being helpful and for general customer service. Alana is the star of the store, she has always been able to help me with every shipment i have, big and small. I know this can seem like a joke, but I truly believe she deserves a raise for her customer service and hospitality alone.

  I had a very positive experience at UPS recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me with a return to T-Mobile. I didn’t have the original box or packaging, but they assisted me in getting everything ready for the return, which made the process simple and stress-free. The service happened right within an hour, though I understand timing can vary depending on when you go. Overall, great customer care and efficient support—highly recommended if you need to return an item and don’t have the packaging handy.

  Dan and his team always go above and beyond for me. From all the big bulky shipments to every last printing need. Posters, menus, and tap handle stickers printed quickly & look amazing! The service is PROMPT (if I email them a request it’s done in well under an hour). They’re super friendly and always remember me! So grateful for Dan and his team!

  UPS admitted to transcribing the wrong address on my package from Milwaukee to Chicago not once, but TWICE, then refused to attempt to deliver it correctly on a third attempt unless I paid them a second $15 charge, despite the efforts of the helpful person at the UPS Store. At this rate, it’s cheaper to drive it there myself. Wretched customer service from the company. No stars earned there. That said, employee Alana S., who tried valiantly to resolve my situation and keep me informed over the phone and on my 3 visits over the period of a week, was thoughtful, professional and did everything she could to help me out. Thanks, Alana! All 5 stars are for you.

  I walked into the 1st St store and was greeted by all 3 employees, Keishlyanne, Kimberly and Tyler, each ready to help. I asked about getting a passport photo. It was quick, easy and professional. Great experience. I will definitely be back to this location for future needs. Thank you!
