    Don't know what to think as I'm parked in front of this location that has hours until 6 pm today and it's closed, open sign is OFF and another customer just tried to walk in and it's clear the doors are locked and no one is answering. The current time is 1:02 PM CDT and the store is dark inside. @Fedex if you need employees, I might consider a part time job on Saturdays 🤷🏼‍♂️ , just mark the location closed on Saturdays; this will be better for everyone.

    Incredible service, quick printing, and kind genuine employees. I’ve tried other FedEx’s in Milwaukee and other areas in Wisconsin and have yet to find one that even comes close to this location! I will drive out of my way to come here. Highly recommend

    Since when can you just randomly close on a busy Saturday without any notice online? Google maps and the website say the daily hours and then I get there and there’s a sign on the door that says closed until 2pm for lunch. That’s over an hour away. Absurd

    Had quite a day chasing down a delivery and was pleasantly surprised when I got to this store at 5pm, was greeted immediately, and the girl at the desk knew exactly where my delivery was. She offered to load it on a cart for me (it was five heavy boxes) and helped me with the door as I took it out to my car. She saw me returning the cart and went out of her way to open the door so I could easily get back in the building. I needed a win today and she made that happen. Thank you!
