- TTTaylor ThillNov 1, 20251.0I had some confusion with a click n ship order and while I’m upset about the overall experience I’m not going to type out everything that happened because I understand that sometimes we have a bad day. I will, however, note that when the screen popped up to put down a green smiley, yellow face, or red sad face to give my input in the experience, the worker reached around and selected the green smiley face FOR ME, knowing I likely just had an unpleasant experience and probably would have selected something else. I find this completely unacceptable and it made an already bad experience even worse. My packages were not shipped and we instead went to Janesville where we were in and out in 5 minutes because they were nice and knew how to properly help me.
