- MLMin LiFeb 26, 20261.0The management of this USPS branch needs immediate change/improvement. There is almost never enough clerk behind the counter to manage the line of customers. For I stance, today -- a regular Thursday afternoon with 5 customers in line. One customer needed to pick up a package. The clerk went into the back and he is still searching for the package for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the line accumulates to 14 people with nobody behind the counter. The office next to the line has two people talking loudly. Customers can hear everything that say... Why cannot they work in a team and help out the line clerk to manage the work flow? Sounds line a simple process but no it is not so easy to implement here. This happens many times...

Ten people were in line and the only clerk on duty looks down at her watch, puts the “next window” sign in front of her, gets up, yells back to someone “I’m leaving” and then just walks away. Everyone in line was just left hanging…like what?!
