I was there Tuesday and the UPS attendant in Middleton would not allow me to see other shipping options other than the most expensive option. I asked when the item would arrive at the destination and all she said was "later this week" with a disgusted look on her face. Can I see other options and she said it was already the cheapest. The item arrived the next day so the UPS attendant just charged me the most expensive option because she was having a bad day. Won't go there ever again!! Unhappy workers it would seem

She took care of everything for a small fee and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. It was day after Christmas so it was very busy. She took care of everyone with a smile on her face. Happy New Year Heather!!

I was waiting for a refund over six months; only to be told (after I called repeatedly, they never bothered responding) the box I used wasn’t covered. I had video of the delivery driver just dropping a split open box on the destination, literally no effort to seal the rip. This was flat out negligence and inappropriate business conduct. The bigger problem is; if a box isn’t appropriate you should be notified at the point of sale .OR better yet, don’t offer insurance and make me pay for it if it’s something they won’t actually cover. It’s bad business. My small business lost thousands. Would never recommend.
