  This company has lost its values, they are not the fastest, and more reliable ever! I send a package 1-23-26 on Friday from Middleton to Sacramento/CA it is still waiting somewhere in Chicago! No one knows where exactly it is, no one cares if it’s an emergency situation!!! If you are smart you would take a lesson from my experience and look for other options.

  I mailed a package that was guaranteed for overnight delivery at this location. I paid $130 for a very small package to get there the next day. It did not arrive until three days later and I cannot get my money back. This location is saying that they have no control over that and that I have to through the national FedEx. The national representative say that “they have suspended refunds for guaranteed delivery”. It was not weather related in any way, they’re just saying that they have suspended refunds so if it doesn’t get there in time, you are out of luck! I also tried an online claim, and it was denied. This is absolutely unacceptable when you pay that much to get it there overnight. Even though the representative at this location told me it was guaranteed by Saturday at 1:30 pm, they are unwilling to help me try to resolve it.

  BEWARE OF PRICING. I looked online to get an estimate of how much printing 20 postcads would cost. They advertise ~$30 for 50 postcards so I thought I was safe assuming it would be less than that for 20. I was charged * $58 * for 20 and the response was that the prices online are different?!

  The guy that I had the misfortune of dealing with was insanely rude, not just to me but another customer as well. Not to mention he showed zero care for packages. Avoid this place.

  I stop in this facility 1-2 times per year. The staff is always rude and grouchy. I ship and receive several packages everyday for a small business and I pay more and travel further to use UPS and USPS in order to avoid this FedEx location
