- JLJennifer Lewis4 days ago1.0I mailed a package that was guaranteed for overnight delivery at this location. I paid $130 for a very small package to get there the next day. It did not arrive until three days later and I cannot get my money back. This location is saying that they have no control over that and that I have to through the national FedEx. The national representative say that “they have suspended refunds for guaranteed delivery”. It was not weather related in any way, they’re just saying that they have suspended refunds so if it doesn’t get there in time, you are out of luck! I also tried an online claim, and it was denied. This is absolutely unacceptable when you pay that much to get it there overnight. Even though the representative at this location told me it was guaranteed by Saturday at 1:30 pm, they are unwilling to help me try to resolve it.
